Williams Lake’s Craft Brewery

We’re serving up freshly brewed beer and delicious home made food in our beautiful taproom. Drop in for a beer and a bite and stay for the sunset and friendly people. Our patio is open and will treat you to beautiful views of Williams Lake. We don’t take reservations so just drop by and we’ll get you a table.

Hillbilly Blonde Ale

5.0 % alc/vol 21 IBU

An easy drinker. Golden in colour, very lightly hopped with a slight malt sweetness in the finish. This one goes down smooth.

Skyline Pilsner

5% alc/vol 20 IBU

A Czech style pilsner made with pilsner malt and Saaz hops that hasn’t been rushed with over a month of lagering. Crisp, clean and refreshing.

Jimmy’s Pale Ale

5.2% alc/vol. 42 IBU

A classic pale ale. Generously hopped with Cascade hops, the piney and citrus flavours blend nicely with the solid malt backbone in this pale ale resulting in a balanced and refreshing brew.

Vista IPA

7% alc/vol 45 IBU

Ample amounts of Mosaic and Galaxy hops give this NEIPA a fruity aroma with notes of stone fruit, blueberry and a hint of citrus. These hops are well balanced with a robust malt bill that allows this beer to finish sweet with a little hop bite for good measure.

Blowdown Amber Ale

6.2 % alc/vol 50 IBU

Amber in colour, this brew starts with an initial malty sweetness and caramel notes balanced with a hoppy bite from Amarillo, Cascade, Simcoe and Centennial hops. This full bodied beer is dry hopped with Citra for an exceptional aroma.

Godspeed IPA

5.7% alc/vol 60 IBU

Light in colour, but full in flavour. The hops take the front seat in this northwest IPA. It is brewed with copious amounts of chinook and centennial hops and then dry hopped with Amarillo and Citra hops to let you enjoy the aromas even before it hits your lips.

Bluebird Saison

6.8% alc/vol 25 IBU

With a combination of fruity and spicy flavours and a soft malt character, this Bluebird sings. Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt and finished with coriander seeds in the whirlpool, there is a lot going on, yet it remains easy drinking and thirst quenching.

Ullr’s Coconut Porter

6.3% alc/vol 38IBU

Brewed in honour of Ullr, the God of Snow and Patron Saint of Skiers. This is a robust porter that is mellowed with copious additions of toasted coconut and a hint of vanilla from fresh vanilla beans. Decadent.

Voulez-vous Table Saison

4.7 % alc/vol 25 IBU

Brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat malt and a Belgian style yeast, this light bodied saison has a fruity orange character with a slight hint of spice and a refreshing dry finish.

Wit Da Current

4.9% alc/vol. 20 IBU

A fruity and summery wheat ale, deep red in colour with a tart taste from the red and black currents. This bold beer is a refreshing addition to out beer lineup.

Deerstalker Nut Brown

5.2 % alc/vol 23 IBU

A British style brown ale - a malt forward brew made with flaked oats, Victory malt and a touch of chocolate malt giving a nutty toasted character. This beer is hopped with some classic British hops Fuggles and East Kent Goldings to compliment the malt. This beer is light brown in colour, medium in body with a slightly dry finish.
